February 15, 2019, was the first day I landed for the first time in England. I then made my trip from Heathrow Airport to Nova student accommodation in Nottingham. This accommodation will represent my very first memory of England. When I arrived in Nova What surprised me most was that the accommodation was actually nicer than on the brochures and website pictures. There are several common rooms where students can have fun, such as a private cinema, a party room, a relaxation room and the icing on the cake, a sun lounge. I knew that I had made the right choice among all the multiple accommodations that are in the city. I arrived late at night but they knew I was coming and made all arrangements to have someone to meet me even at such a late hour. The staff are really amazing and go all out to make you feel comfortable there and also help you right away when you need help. This accommodation is in my opinion the only one in Nottingham where you experience a family feeling with the staff, especially for a foreign student like me who lives far from his family. The manager, for example, once called me by my first name and it surprised me to see that the staff were still trying to remember the names of the tenants. The accommodation has a good location and is located in the heart of the city. The tenants can walk to any of the places of interest and save additional transport costs. Security is also on point, I am just in love with this place and wish to stay as long as possible!

Living in Nova has been a wonderful experience for me so far 😊 Even though I'm an international student living alone away from home, I've never felt lonely here because of the Nova support. On my very first day at Nottingham, the Nova team waited for me until 2 a.m. to check me in because I missed my flight to the UK, which I much appreciated. The Nova team is lovely and supportive, the neighbors are very fun. There are also many more things you can do here (you can go to the gym, watch movies in the private cinema room, sing with friends in karaoke and invite your friends to study or throw a party in a fancy common room). When it comes to residence, security and comfortability are my top concerns, which are also Nova's priorities. So I will never regret choosing Nova and I will make the most of it

I Love Nova, the best accommodation in Nottingham, with great facilities, here for the second year and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Great access to the Center and Nottingham Trent uni, as well as a bus stop right outside for uni of students. They host a load of events and put a lot of time into caring for the tenants. Would recommend it over any other.

Great place to live in terms of location and how nice the rooms are. The staff are really great and take the time to get to know everyone - they're especially understanding in difficult situations and will always do their best to make sure you enjoy your time in Nova. The rooms come with flat-screen TVs and double or queen-sized beds which is a great improvement compared to some student accommodations. There is a 24-hour receptionist so if you have any issues they can be noted down or dealt with straight away. My one recommendation would be that you take note of whether you want to open windows or not as some are full windows that give a great view of the city but are ceiling to floor and cannot be opened :)
