Security Deposit
The tenant has to pay £150 as a security deposit to book this property. Note: The security deposit will be refundable. If there is any damage to the room or communal area, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
Pay In Instalment
If the student has a UK-based guarantor or housing hand, The student can pay in 4 installments. Full payment 3 installment 4 installment 10 installment If the student does not have a UK-based guarantor The student must pay the rent in full Note: In case the student is paying in installments, then the property will ask for the initial payment 2 weeks before check-in If the student is paying in full, the property will ask you to pay before 1st August. Note: The instalment plan may vary as per the room and tenancy selection.

Guarantor Requirement
A UK guarantor is required if paying by instalments. A sponsor may be accepted instead of a guarantor, subject to approval. UK guarantor requirements: Resident in the UK for at least 1 year. Aged over 21. Homeowner or in full-time employment. Must provide photographic identification. Must provide UK address proof issued within the previous 3 months. Housing Hand is the only accepted third-party guarantor service. Note: The property does not accept other Guarantor Service Providers.
Additional Fees
£50 administration fee for deferred payment arrangements. £50 variation of contract fee when released after a replacement tenant is found. £20 international bank charge deducted from deposit refunds paid to non-UK bank accounts.
