Once paid, your deposit is protected by a government-approved deposit protection scheme for the duration of your tenancy. Please note that this deposit cannot be used towards your rent instalments. 3. At the end of your tenancy, the deposit will be returned to you: subject to the terms of your contract, after a room inspection. Any deductions for damages or outstanding charges will be outlined in your tenancy agreement. Refunds can take up to 28 working days to process. 4. Your deposit is securely held by a recognised scheme, such as the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (England and Wales) or Safe Deposits Scotland.     1. If you have a UK guarantor, you're eligible to pay your rent in three instalments, with the first payment due three weeks before your check-in date. 2. If you do not have a UK guarantor, you’ll need to pay your rent in full at least six weeks before your tenancy start date. Please ensure that all rent due has been paid before you arrive to check in.     Additional Fees

    For AY 25-26 & AY 26-27: Dual occupancy is available for most rooms that are 23sqm or larger. Both applicants must apply separately and clearly state in their applications that they are requesting dual occupancy.The total rent will be calculated as the standard room rate plus an additional £50 per week, then split evenly between both occupants, unless specified otherwise.
